By accessing, browsing, or using the 177bdt website located at 177bdt.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), or by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with any service offered by 177bdt, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 177bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access it. If you access 177bdt via a mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer, the same terms apply in full. Where 177bdt introduces a mobile application in the future, these terms will govern its use in addition to any supplementary app-specific terms.

177bdt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Access to the 177bdt Platform and participation in any of its services — including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and live dealer tables — is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required.

• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful, accurate, and current. 177bdt will verify account information during the withdrawal process; inaccurate information may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether requested by yourself through 177bdt's responsible gaming tools or communicated in writing to 177bdt support.
• Own funds: You must only play with funds that belong to you. Using funds belonging to third parties to gamble on the 177bdt platform is strictly prohibited.

177bdt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the restriction or closure of your account.

To access the full range of services offered by 177bdt, you must register a player account via the 177bdt Login page. The registration process requires you to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address or mobile phone number, and basic personal information for identity verification purposes.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. 177bdt will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 177bdt accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a player account where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

• Do not share your password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access your 177bdt account from shared or public devices without logging out fully afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for an additional layer of account protection.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to 177bdt support without delay.

177bdt reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, is being operated in breach of these Terms, or is associated with fraudulent activity. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 177bdt will contact the registered account holder via the email address or phone number on file.

All financial transactions on the 177bdt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 177bdt does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees levied by the player's payment provider (e.g., mobile financial service charges) are the player's sole responsibility.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Withdrawals submitted outside of these hours are processed on the next business day, subject to completion of any pending account verification steps.

177bdt applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols to all transactions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified account held in the same name as the registered 177bdt account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

177bdt reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership — such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account screen — before approving a withdrawal. This is a standard AML compliance measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

177bdt offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and sports betting free bets. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds awarded by 177bdt carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Eligible games: Not all games on the 177bdt platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino table games, including Baccarat and Roulette, typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports bets placed at odds of at least 1.50 typically contribute 100%. • Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per household: Promotions are limited to one per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method. 177bdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus where it determines that a promotion has been claimed in bad faith or in violation of this restriction.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit promotions through strategic low-risk wagering patterns, collusion between multiple accounts, or any other method intended to derive guaranteed profit from bonus funds is considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Promotion changes: 177bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account at the time of the change.

Players with active bonus balances may be required to complete their wagering obligation before a withdrawal is processed. If a player opts to forfeit their bonus balance in order to process a withdrawal before wagering is complete, the bonus funds and any winnings accrued from those funds will be removed from the account. The remaining real-money balance — if any — will be eligible for withdrawal.

177bdt offers sports betting markets across a wide range of competitions, with a particular focus on cricket — including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and all major international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the 177bdt platform.

• Minimum bet: ৳50 per selection unless stated otherwise for a specific market.
• Maximum bet: Market-dependent and subject to change based on event, competition, and current liability. Maximum bet limits will be displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once 177bdt has acknowledged and accepted it in the betting system. A bet slip displayed on screen is not confirmation of acceptance. In the event of any technical issue during submission, check your bet history before assuming a bet has been placed.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is accepted. If odds change between the time a Player submits a bet and the time 177bdt accepts it, the Player will be notified and offered the revised odds. The Player may accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are suspended periodically during a live event — for example, between overs in a cricket match or at half-time in a football match. 177bdt accepts no liability for bets placed on suspended markets; such bets will be voided and the stake returned.
• Event cancellation and postponement: If a sports event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours of its original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply to specific markets where stated in the individual market rules.
• Errors and obvious pricing mistakes: 177bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned in full to the Player's account.

For casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games such as Aviator — all game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by trained dealers under independent studio oversight. 177bdt does not interfere with game outcomes. Players acknowledge that casino gaming and sports betting are activities where losses are a natural and expected outcome.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 177bdt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may result in legal action where warranted.

• Registering more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any point.
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet to fund a 177bdt account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slot reels, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings accrued through a known bug must be reported to support and will be voided pending investigation.
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other game where player interaction may influence outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in sports betting markets.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform — depositing funds, wagering minimally, and withdrawing as part of a money laundering scheme.
• Using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited by law, if you are a resident of or physically located in such a jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 177bdt staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel offered by the Platform.

177bdt employs monitoring systems, fraud detection algorithms, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found in breach of this section will not receive advance warning before account suspension where doing so could compromise the integrity of the investigation.

All content on the 177bdt Platform — including but not limited to the 177bdt brand name, logo, website design, user interface, written content, graphical elements, software code, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 177bdt or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any content from the Platform without express written permission from 177bdt.
• Use of the 177bdt brand name, logo, or visual identity in any marketing, social media, or commercial context without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any content found on the Platform.
• Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any data from the Platform using automated tools.

Game titles, studios, and associated intellectual property displayed on 177bdt — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming — remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Platform under commercial licensing agreements.

177bdt provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 177bdt makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform uptime, game integrity, and accurate odds presentation, the following limitations of liability apply:

• 177bdt is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if 177bdt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• 177bdt is not liable for any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by the Player's payment provider, bank, or mobile financial service operator.
• 177bdt is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• 177bdt's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit 177bdt's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 177bdt's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

177bdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides every registered player with access to a range of tools designed to help manage gambling activity, all accessible from the account settings panel after logging in via the 177bdt Login page.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you deposit into your 177bdt account in BDT. Once a deposit limit is in place, it takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Session time-out: Configure your account to automatically log you out after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Request a voluntary exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or receive promotional communications from 177bdt. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of submission.

Amendments will not apply retroactively to bets already placed and settled, withdrawals already approved, or bonuses already credited prior to the effective date of the change, except where required by law or by a binding regulatory directive.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law applicable in the jurisdiction in which 177bdt operates. Players agree not to initiate any legal proceedings against 177bdt without first completing Steps 1 and 2 of the dispute resolution process outlined above. 177bdt is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, transparently, and within the timeframes stated.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where the circumstances require it.
